Your Right to Cancel
If you buy from Transform Herbals online, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after the day your order is delivered. Once you notify us that you are cancelling, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. This reflects UK distance-selling cancellation rights.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For change-of-mind returns, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of unsealed food supplement products unless they are faulty, not as described, or otherwise covered by your legal rights.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email info@transformherbalvitamins.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Refund Processing
Where a return is accepted, refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier in line with applicable law.
Return Postage
The customer is responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns unless we state otherwise. Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate quickly and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights relating to faulty goods, goods not as described, or goods not of satisfactory quality.
